The New Supreme Court

On Thursday, 23 July, David Jackson QC, the leading Australian constitutional lawyer, spoke on "The new Supreme Court: an Australian perspective."

The talk was held at The Downer Room at Australia House, the Strand, London WC2.

Approximately 50 people attended including Dame Sian Elias the Chief Justice of New Zealand, Lord Phillips, Dame Mary Arden, Lord Justice Jacob, Lord Justice Burnton and a number of other members of the judiciary.
 
The talk was followed by drinks.
